Realty Software has been in the Property Management and
Property Management Software business since 1977.
We developed this program to make our own property management
company effcient and effective. Maintaining both good accounting
records and thorough tenant/ building / owner information.
Over the years we have refined our software keeping it simple yet complete. Our philosophy is
to get the job done with as few keystrokes as possible. Our Property Management Software
can handle all types of rental or leased property including Apartments, Houses, Storage Rooms,
Marina Slips, Airport Hangars and Commercial buildings.
